Since the Aspect of Radiance seems to spawn a nugget on every single hit done to an enemy, in many lategame runs it will lag the game to the point of complete freezing (<1FPS). This should likely be a much lower proc chance, or at least be configurable in the config, as otherwise picking it up serves as a death sentence to almost any run.

I've increased the cooldown and reduced the chance to generate a chunk based on how many chunks you have produced within the last 30 seconds.
