Transcendence not increasing hp?

I noticed in the description that you reworked transcendence to provide 50% of your regeneration to shields. Does it no longer provide an hp buff? I had a run yesterday where I had multiple transcendence yet my heath did not increase.

The shield increase should still be there, the regen is just an added effect. I'll look into it.
