Distrobution of additional modlists.

Currently - the launcher automatically creates the Standard modlist & the Performance modlist from the graphics profile.

we need a mechanism to be able to distribute additional profiles in future.

E.G

• Ultra Modlist (which has additional graphics mods)
• Hardmode Modlist (which had mods to make the game harder)
• Community shaders modlist - which disables mods that cant be used with it and enables CS ones.
