[TODO] Add function that converts grown tree detection bounds to tree boxes in PascalVOC format

Steps would loosely be

1. Pass a tif
2. Get bounding boxes around each tree ID in L (returned from area_growing())
3. Convert bounding boxes to TIF coordinates
4. Draw boxes on tif and save in PascalVOC format
