Bug: When clicking on arrow icon, users are not able to select the drawn image

Description

When clicking on the arrow icon on the sketchboard, it shows no functionality, instead does same pencil sketching. It needs to be fixed

Proposed Solution

When clicking on the arrow icon on the sketchboard, users should be able to select the drawn images and the mouse cursor should help in selecting the drawn images . Below is the desired feature and the icon image
