ESRB/PEGI rating (and descriptor) and Details button missing from download screen in DS Download Service

When I was using the DS Download Service, I noticed that the download screen lacked the ESRB/PEGI ratings (and their descriptors) and the Details button (that leads to the respective game's info page). As far as I know, Nintendo's official run of the Nintendo Channel did have that, and is there a way to restore those functions?
