Error in matrix(adjGVec, n1, J - 1) : non-numeric matrix extent

Hello,

When performing association testing, I have received the following:
Error in matrix(adjGVec, n1, J - 1) : non-numeric matrix extent

This error appears to occur in two scenarios for me:

1. when running association testing on a specific set of data used to make one null model
2. when running association testing on data that has not been filtered from which the null model data originated from.

A bit more on the first issue, I created multiple null models based on data from specific countries, and all but one of those countries passed when performing association testing on the same data used to make the null model.

Would you happen to know why this is happening and if there is a potential workaround?
