[RFE] Start on common things

On a lot of the pages, we have redundant code, like the copyright and the footer

Be mindful, the footer on index.html is different to all other pages.

I also see this as redundant since every page must have a <div> or <span> to link into. All you are doing is removing some text from each page and placing it elsewhere.

That would help if there were filesize or bandwidth restrictions, but it does not help otherwise in my view.

Also note, that some code MUST be present on the page at the time of loading, otherwise the page may be rendered without that code.

I'll not merge into main, since your project, but will schedule a new meeting soon, to walk over this, and then we can decide if it's a good idea or not.

I'm not against the idea and I understand what you are trying to achieve, but I'm not sure it will achieve what you want.

You can always use Edit > Replace in files in VS Code to change anything in all files at the same time, without opening or saving them all ... a big time saver ... lol

Also, in the assets folder, you will find ValidateHTMLOnline.html. Don't open that file in VS Code, it goes into an authentication loop for some reason, at least it does for me. Open it in your browser using https://webtools-ng.github.io/manual/assets/ValidateHTMLOnline.html then you can validate the html code for each page, as needed, on the main site.

It will also show any alt="" image tags that have not been populated.

Note: there is one error that pertains to the google font <link> in the file headers. This does not cause an issue at all, but apparently the link contains an invalid character. Other validators don't complain about it ... lol

I have tried changing that <link> to no avail, it breaks on me every time ... lol
