Please release merge block weight

In `wan-alpha v2.0` vae, the merge block weight is very important for wan-alpha training..!    
Additionally, it is essential for the VAE reconstruction experiment.  

Do you have a plan to release the model weights?  
I believe this will make a valuable contribution to the open-source model.
