Allow MpeInstrument#subscribe callbacks to be filtered by MIDI event type

Proposal from @tomduncalf and similar to the JUCE implementation.

This would allow a listener to subscribe to a subset of callbacks, rather being called in the event of any activity.

Currently, a listener responding only MIDI 'Note On' events, would have to filter callbacks manually.
