Integrate PyPDF2 into the existing code #3
Description
Currently there are only two packages supported:
pdfminer and pdf2text.
This issue is a feature request, to also add support to PyPDF2:

This includes:
- ensuring it's easy to install it on different OS
- adding the package to the installation for setup
- implementing the usage of this package
- changing the ability of choosing which package is used
