Interstitial fails to return a manifest after comparing two files

DAW: Cubase 11

Recently, Interstitial has stopped working for me and I can't figure out why. I've uploaded a file from my DAW and a reference file created on our Denon DN-F650R USB recorder. Is there something about one or both of these files that is causing the program to abort analysis? Thanks for the help.
