Configure sender email error

Hello,
I am trying to test Fixity and install it at work but can't get passed the email configuration:
"Fixity was unable to send email from the provided account".
I am told that Fixity probably doesn’t know how to authenticate against a corporate server. I can't use a google account in this instance. Any advice on how to set this up?

Hello @Nescu,

Thanks for your note. This is likely due to security configurations/restrictions within your corporation. Ask whoever is administering/configuring your servers about encryption method and ports, and then use this same information in the email settings within Fixity. That should resolve the issue. Please try this and let us know how it goes.

Hello Chris,

we tried that already but it seems like it can't be installed in a locked down corporate environment. We would have to bypass many security measures to do that.
