"xkb_option" and "disable_while_typing" should be "xkb_options" and "disable_touchpad_while_typing" according to this announcement post:

I can only confirm "disable_while_typing" does NOT work in the config for version 0.9.0 (Debian), but "disable_touchpad_while_typing" does. I only found this while trying to get this to work and ran across the announcement post through my search engine (thank goodness).

(Interestingly, my libinput has "disable while typing" enabled, and debug shows no touchpad events while I type, but unless I specifically have "disable_touchpad_while_typing" on in the Wayfire config, Wayfire still reads/sends/whatevers these touchpad inputs).
