Rescaling gridfiles based on use case

We discussed the possibility of rescaling ISIMIP3b population grid files (for different SSP scenarios - whenever available), based on the resolution of each use case.

@nauta008 any thoughts on the process? Should it be dependent on the administration level selected by the user?
