Error SysLogChannel upgrader v11 in newer TYPO3 13 version

Uncaught TYPO3 Exception Call to undefined method TYPO3\CMS\Core\Database\Schema\SchemaInformation::introspectTable()
and Uncaught TYPO3 Exception Call to undefined method TYPO3\CMS\Core\Database\Schema\Information\TableInfo::getColumn()
in core-upgrader/Classes/Updates/v11/SysLogChannel.php

Used TYPO3 version 13.4.22. It looks like this happens since 13.4.19.

The second pull request fix this error. To support TYPO3 versions below 13.4.19 changes can be adjusted as done here:
