how to make the train and test datasets? and problem about 'index' file?

hi feng,
thanks for your work. i wonder how do you make your datasets? for i have sth wrong when i run my own data.

i notice that your input are just two bin files, how can i turn the bin to what you say in the paper '90 training and 13 testing models'?
i try to use the 'index.txt' file to separate the point in bin, but it not works well. and it seems like two 'index.txt' files are not used in code, why?

is there some operation about the datasets i missed?
