Mobile responsivness

The application should look nice and be completely usable on mobile devices.

The toolbar and menus should be arranged in a convenient way when the screen is small.

All touch events for drag/paint/resize should work as expected.

Touching a text field or Monaco should open the keyboard on mobile devices.
