Popover Module unable to open on certain screen sizes #505

Per the above bug, it was realized that when screen real estate is lacking, certain popover modules are auto closing.
Funding team has fixed the issue in question by using the material components rather than WTW components.
There should likely be a solution, however, for allowing these components to remain open, as I've noticed this behavior for a few other popovers at small screen sizes.
