Had a thought... since Github has fine-grained personal access tokens, if it would be possible to add multiple tokens and assign them to private repos.
Use case is something like this...
Client has custom plugin developed, so wants to sync it to their staging site from a private repo (in our organization.) ... to which the client has triage access.
At the same time, they want to keep site customizations in a separate plugin (in their organization's repo) to which we have triage access.
Unfortunately, as it is, since you can only save one PAT, seems not possible yet, but I thought it worth opening an issue for consideration.
