decode entries in Therap_list, Diag_list and Prog_list

Thank you very much for this software!

I'm trying to make sense of the output we have generated and what puzzles me are the Therap_list, Diag_list and Prog_list clumns that only have some codes but I struggle to understand where are they coming from. One of the SNVs has a "9580, 9578, 9578" entry in Therap_list that only matches to mim2gene.txt but for other gene. I'm pretty sure it's not the right file, but then I can't find the source of it at all.
