Sending Control Information

There is currently no way to send control information to the board at an aribtrary time. There should be a way when you are just adjusting positions to update the sweeps, ect.

I am not sure how useful this feature would be but it is required by the SRS (to make the use case diagram look nice) so it needs to be included.
