Guidelines/goals for contributing to these docs?

First, @cybersea it's fantastic that you're developing the WCODN docs in the form of rST > Sphinx > readthedocs.org!! I'm pretty excited about that.

I realize this is still a work in progress (eg, sections such as Web Services are still mostly outline skeletons / place holders). But I was wondering, what's the current thinking around soliciting edits / comments for existing text, now and into the future? I imagine that in the long run "we" (WCODN) would want this to be a living document, with curated input from the community, and maybe with versions (batches of edits) to make it a bit less wild-west.

@twelch, @tchaddad and @fishytodd, I don't know how involved you've been with this documentation, but I'm adding you here just in case.

BTW, do I get a badge or prize for submitting the first issue on this repo? :)

Hey Emilio, you do get a WCODN Badge! Thanks for the input, my hope is that
once we have the base content in the knowledge base (pulled more or less
directly from our existing best practices guide) + some of the additional
info that Allison has gleaned from her technical assistance work, we will
have it available for each of the working groups to provide feedback. At
that point we will "release" it network consumption and maybe develop
regular working group or network mechanisms on collating new
information/contributions.

any suggestions on the best way to do that? Forum comments? Working group
agenda items?

Thanks, Todd. That sounds great. A combination of formal input gathering and collation (via focused working group calls) plus openness to sporadic, out-of-the-blue one-off / individual input seems appropriate.
