Markdown images are copied to output folder for other output formats

If you execute for DHTML, etc then the Markdown images are still copied to the output folder.

Doesn't cause any failures but is not required.

This acceptance test passes;

Scenario: Status icons are not written to specified location for DHTML format

Given I specify the output folder as 'C:\testing'
And I have a feature called 'My Feature'
And I have a scenario called 'My Scenario'

When I generate DHTML output

Then the file 'C:\testing\pass.png' does not exist
And the file 'C:\testing\fail.png' does not exist
And the file 'C:\testing\inconclusive.png' does not exist

Further work required to identify the issue.

NB DHTML executing in live environment doesn't use the new markdown code so this should not be possible. Double check steps to reproduce error.
