Livesplit crash after game crash

I did an 8 hours long speedrun last weekend with 365 tracks and my game crashed a couple times. One of the game crash was followed by a Livesplit crash and so my run became unvalidated because I didn't have any complete log file anymore.
This Livesplit crash after a game crash also happened to my teammate Speedself who did the speedrun with me. I also had another Livesplit crash after a game crash a week ago when I was doing shorter speedruns (50 minutes long).

I would suggest pausing the IGT and RTA timers when the game crashes and resuming the IGT and RTA timers when the game is relaunched.
