Lag fest on servers.

For some reason servers with this mod causes the server ticks to skyrocket. It may have to do something with all the glass blocks around trees, water, lava, etc but just my guess. I really love this mod but unable to run on higher end mod packs. maybe make a block when broke its replaced with water/lava and remove the handler for all the glass blocks if that is the issue.

I have yet to figure out the root cause of this issue. If it is in fact the glass block like entities everywhere, I would be surprised, considering that they never tick.
