[Request] Produce BestArcade filtered custom dat only

Could we have a feature where we just feed the tool a custom mame dat and the tool spits out a 1G1R version of the dat using the BestArcade list?

Technically it does this already with a dry run but you still have to feed it a full non-merged rom set along with the custom dat. I'm after that, but without the need for the roms, since all I'm after is the filtered dat.

Why not but I guess it would be more or less identical to your custom mame dat in the end or am I missing something ?

Its about getting the dry run output dat file without the actual romset. Just feeding the tool a dat file, not a dat file and a folder of roms.
