Update Forbidden artists.mdx (link cleaning!!)

All links have finally been cleaned, with names and channels now separated.
All YouTube addresses now use the channel ID and not the @ name (since the latter is ephemeral).
Tomo Aki was removed from the AI-genned list; the only link was to a Limited Artist Info artist entry with no attached songs. As such, there's just no proof of existence, and so isn't really trackable for the AI-genned list.
