Include binaries in the release

Could you add a binary version of cdecrypt for Linux and Windows in the release page? It would helpful to avoid setting up a development environment and going straight to the decrypt.

If you don't want to wait, on linux you could install Nix which has cdecrypt packaged. Might work with WSL also.

I managed to compile a working build for linux just by running make if anybody desperately needs a linux build
