eclipse killed after creating an inter-procedural analysis

The configuration for analysis project was:

Analysis Framework: IFDS/IDE
Analysis Type: Inter Procedural Analysis
analysis direction: Forward
Flow Sets: Integer
Choose Soot jar: soot-trunk.jar

I am using Eclipse Java Oxygen
After eclipse was killed, i had to run eclipse in clean mode, otherwise i can't start eclipse anymore.
