Maximum angle for some branches greater than the input parameter in grow_large_tree

Using a maximum angle of 90 degrees in grow large tree resulted in 10% of branches with an angle greater than 90 degrees. Additional checks need to be made for branches so that all angles are smaller than the input parameter
