Setup HiPerGator for Testing Plugin and Eventual Deployment

Description: Install and configure DSSAT, Pythia, and the GDM (parameterized for FHB) on the HiPerGator, ensuring that all dependencies for each are accounted for and execution is possible without modifying the code. This will ensure seamless deployment from development machines to the HiPerGator making isolation feasible.

Measurement Criteria:

• Pythia can be run on the HiPerGator with the data collection plugin over 3 days and archive data appropriately.
