Lite mode only shows the 10 most recent transactions

After updating the Max Transaction List Length to 10,000 in settings, General Settings, Electrum and restarting the wallet, the wallet tab doesn't retrieve more than 10 transactions from the electrum.

confirmed on win10, Linux & Mac VMs.
