Add Profile Avatar Dropdown with User Info and Controls

Currently, clicking on the user avatar (top-right circle) does not open any menu or provide additional context. Important account controls like viewing the profile or logging out are less discoverable, with the logout button being placed at the bottom of the sidebar.

Suggested Enhancement:
Implement a dropdown menu that appears when the user clicks on their avatar. This menu should provide:

• User’s Full Name & Email

• Link to Profile Page (e.g., /profile)

• Option to Change Profile Picture

• Logout Button (moved from sidebar to dropdown)
