VoiceChatDoubleClick: Option to also apply to stream previews #1109

Plugin Description
When mousing over a user in a voice channel who is screensharing, discord will pop up a preview which can be clicked to join the channel and start watching the stream automatically. Due to the fact this is a popup, it's very easy to mouse over a user in a voice channel without realizing it and then accidentally click the suddenly appearing popup when you meant to click whatever was behind it.
Given there is an existing plugin to make joining voice channels require a double-click, it would make sense for this to apply to stream previews too. But it should be an option so people can still get the old behavior if they want.
