Custom card stack implementation

The drawn cards should be displayed in chat, linked to, and it should display any player characters who have it as their Face, Rising or Falling card.

Temperance and Death can be used but cannot be discarded. If moved to Pile through any means, it should automatically return to Deck.

When a card is face down, its value should not be displayed on the list even in the deck.

The deck should be automatically shuffled when cards are returned from a Hand or Pile.

Drawn cards should exist within the data of the Deck but not be displayed.
