Reverse color gradient

Currently higher friction is represented with lighter color (ie. more sand), which is the inverse of the actual relation. Desanding also needs to be reversed for the same reason. An alternative is to change the friction function on sand from f(s) = s (ie. treating them as the same coefficient) to something more sophisticated, perhaps some quadratic equation centered at whatever we think the optimal sand density is.
