Fix shot mechanism

Shots are currently too easy (eg. knocking off another person's puck is as easy as clicking it). We should make this aspect of the game more challenging. Ideas: 
- line up shot with arrows
- add small amount of noise to shot angle
- click-and-drag mechanism to mimic physical analogue
