Footer "About" and "Submit" links not redirecting #159

The links for About and Submit in the footer section are currently not directing to their respective pages. Clicking them does not trigger any navigation, resulting in a broken user experience.
Steps to Reproduce:
Scroll down to the footer section.
Click on the About link.
Click on the Submit link.
Expected Behavior:
The About link should redirect users to the About page.
The Submit link should redirect users to the Submit page.
