Improve Navbar: About link is inactive

I noticed , the About link in the navbar does nothing when clicked. This creates confusion for users.

Expected Behavior:

The "About" link should either:

1. Navigate to a meaningful section .

2. Or be replaced with a "Projects" link in the navbar for better clarity.

Suggested Fix:

Update the navbar link:
navigate about section to project sectioN

Alternatively, remove the About item and replace it with a Projects link.
