[Feature Request] Encrypt user home directory only using systemd-homed

Use systemd-homed to create users and encrypt just their home directory using this method.

While this is a great idea, as it stands currently, systemd-homed doesn't work with distrobox.
We might be able to work around that but it requires a bit more work.
