Steam Deck Oled docked & connected to an external display wakes up on its own

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I use my Steam Deck Oled docked with:

• Core Drive Pro hub (https://www.savage-raven.com/collections/steam-deck/products/steamdock?variant=44513767948580)
• Samsung LS27CG51x
• HDMI cable

After updating to 3.8.0, whenever I turn to sleep, my Steak Deck wakes up after a few seconds probably due to monitor being turned on. This did not occur before the update to 3.8.0.
I switched to Game Mode and I'v turned off CEC. After reboot all is fine in Game Mode. I turn to sleep, Steam Deck sleeps. But in Desktop Mode my Steam Deck still wakes up.

Is it possible to add CEC-related options in settings of Desktop Mode? Those settings clearly don't match in Game/Desktop mode.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Connect Steam Deck Oled to an external display
2. Press power button and put Steam Deck Oled to sleep
3. Wait & observe

Actually I think it has something to do with the hub itself. Even if I turn off the monitor, Steam Deck Oled wakes up after putting to sleep. After disconnecting the hub Steam Deck goes to sleep.
