Release new version as Intel XPU supported

Hi @Vahe1994 @BlackSamorez . Could you please release a new version for aqlm as Intel XPU has been supported by #180 ?

BTW, I cannot build from source, got the following error when pip install -e .

You're supposed to build it from ./inference_lib
