Migrate to an established documentation structure #1
Description
As the docs expand we may want to migrate to some kind of industry standard method of documenting things. Things like:
- readthedocs.io
- https://www.gitbook.com
- https://docusaurus.io/
- a public wiki or knowledgebase
- reStructured test
- etc.
We should eventually figure out which of these is best for our usecase (and ideally compatible with github pages) so we can migrate to it once we need it
