Localstorage quota is exceeded when a sufficiently large image is imported #96
Description
Possible solutions:
- Limit image imports to a specific size
- Automatically downscale the image if it's too large
- Disable localstorage for sufficiently large images
- Ask the user whether they would like to import into a new image or simply drag the imported image around on the existing image.
- When importing into a new image, ask the user what size they would like it to be and scale the image down.
