Cannot find download link for SLaK-tiny + UperNet

Dear Authors,
In the Object Segmentation and Dectection tab of your README.md you mention in step 4: Download and use our weights. For examples, to evaluate SLaK-tiny + UperNet on ADE20K
However, I was not able to find any link to download this model so that I can test it. Can you please send me the link?

P.S. In all the config files other than in 'upernet_slak_tiny_512_80k_ade20k_ss', I could find the hard-coded path for convnext models on your /home dir but not something downloadable.
