GO enrichment integral update

An integral update surrounding the GO enrichment step of MINI-AC is necessary, which includes:

• Updated the gene-GO files of both Arabidopsis and maize - related with issues Update of Arabidopsis gene-GO file #16 and Update of maize gene-GO file #17.
• Update enricher binary script.
• Update the enricher parameters, especially those related with the background distribution.
• Update scripts accordingly to change in the header of the enricher output - the header does not start with a "#" anymore, and there is an extra line in the header.
• Update the test snapshot.
