Add section on cheminformatics on stressors in AOPLink workflow

This should include the information extraction of the chemical wikibase

The CompoundWiki wikibase doesn't have a lot of stressor info yet, but the AOP-KB SPARQL endpoint might provide that, or?

The AOP-Wiki RDF has limited chemical info, but the CompoundWiki does include more information. We can also utilise the ChEMBL RDF

Sure! I would love the compound wiki to be a spider in the linked data web to get info together.

Just for the record, I wrote AOP-KB SPARQL endpoint... the KB with Mortensen had this information, not? Can't we use that?

Ah, you meant the AOP DB (database). The KB is knowledgebase, which is in practise the AOP-Wiki
