Motivation for great Navigation in V² Plan
V² Initiative is a Big Undertaking and as such the plan to reach its target True North is complex with lots of dependencies. As such it is not expected that who studies the plan will read it cover to cover. Instead she will begin somewhere and continues reading until a link to a related place is more interesting than reading on. She will then follow the link and study related information. This method of following topics that interests the reader (versus following the writing of the author) will keep the reader interested. This is made possible by extensive cross linking, as described in this Article.
