- Go to mame
- Play neogeo games
- See error

- ROCKNIX Version: 20251004
- Hardware Platform: Anbernic RG34XXSP

Context
When running Neo Geo games on the MAME2003-Plus ROM, the screen starts to stutter at the bottom of the Unibios screen, and the frame rate seems to drop. Resetting the system seems to eliminate the stutter, but the stutter at the bottom of the screen persists. The official version (20250517) runs without this issue.
